1. Upgrade Issue Symptom:


After running the WIN-911 V7.17 upgrade, the upgrade fails and rolls back. Upon further investigation, WIN-911 does not appear to be installed.


A. Solution:

  1. Run the WIN-911 V7.17 install again. This time the install will succeed.
  2. Open the Windows Start menu and find the WIN-911 V7 folder. There you will find the WIN-911 User File Restore.  Run the WIN-911 User File Restore to restore your existing configuration.
  3. Confirm the restore was successful by opening the WIN-911 Configurator and checking your configuration.
