ClearSCADA and Citect OPC AE (Alarms and Events) servers use IOPC SecurityPrivate, which is an optional part of the OPC classic spec, and WIN-911 (and most other 3rd party OPC clients) cannot connect to these OPC AE servers, they are not supported.
