Close any WIN-911 windows you have open like Workspace, Log Viewer or Operator Workspace. Now open File Explorer (yellow folder, or click start and type File Explorer) and enter the following in your navigation bar -> %programdata%\WIN-911 Software\Workspace Cache and press enter. Delete everything you find in this folder.
After deleting all the folders, enter in the following into the navigation bar -> %localappdata%\WIN-911_Software and press enter. Delete the WIN911.Navigation folder from here.
