In the WIN-911 Workspace, click on Gateways then + to create a new gateway.

Select Email.

Read the warning and check the box.

Fill out the required fields for the mail server that will send and receive emails

This example uses Gmail as the mail server.

Note: If using an internal mail server, all host, port, server authentication and email address information comes from the network admin / server admin who is in charge of allowing mail clients to send through the SMTP server.

Save changes and test outgoing/incoming server settings to verify ability to send email through the configured mail server.
