CAUSE

You are using the wrong password to log into your WIN-911 service module for V7 Pro or WIN-911 Standard|Interactive|Advanced.


PROCEDURE

Open up the Services application






Right click on the WIN-911 Runtime service and select Properties


 

Verify you are NOT using the Local System account with WIN-911. Check to make sure the username and password are the ones that you used when WIN-911 was first installed.



Press OK to save the changes and restart the WIN-911 Runtime service



CONCLUSION

Make sure that if you changed the username or password that you used to install WIN-911 AFTER it was installed, you need to follow these steps for ALL WIN-911 Service Runtime Modules and Application Pools in IIS.
