This document will guide you through the steps to clear Internet Explorer Browsing history in order to reload the Win-911 Workspace GUI. This can be helpful when troubleshooting issues when the Workspace is not loading. An error that you might encounter is “Failed to Find GUI Hosts”


1. Open Control Panel and select Internet Options.

2. In the Browsing History section click on the “Settings” button.

3. Click on the “View Files” button.

4. Select all files by holding Ctrl + A and then delete all files.

If you are concerned with removing all the files from this folder you can isolate the files seen in the image below. The image below contains XAP files for all the WIN911 modules, your system will only have files for the modules that you have installed.
