Description: The customer imported users from V7 and now making changes to the alarm format subject/body for email connections will not save. While in editing mode, it allows you to change the subject and body formats, but it doesn't apply the changes. "Standby" then "activate & reset", and rebooting the server will not save the changes. The only way you can get different formats is if you recreate the user from scratch.


Work-around: Instead of recreating each user, you can edit the EmailConnection_To_XSLTemplateEntities in the SQL database in the Email > Tables > EmailConnection_To_XSLTemplateEntities. Any entry with a name that is not ReportBody, ReportSubject, AlarmBody, or AlarmSubject will need to be removed. This will allow Alarm Format changes to save correctly. Repeat this process for any other notifiers.
