Issue:

The InTouch Runtime logs "The InTouch server has stopped transmitting data" and "The InTouch server has resumed sending data" error messages in the WIN-911 Event Log. The SuiteLink server is placing WIN-911 in a suspended state which means WIN-911 would not be able to ack alarms or gather data for Reports.

Resolution:

Run the regedit file on the WIN-911 system and InTouch server if connecting to a remote server. Restart the PC.

Purpose
How many consecutive occurrences the elapsed time the queue probe message must be in the window message queue for longer than HighWaterForXOFF milliseconds before the SuiteLink protocol will send a suspend event to the clients and servers of the connection.
Notes
It is possible for clients and servers to receive consecutive suspend events without any intervening resume events.

Registry Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Wonderware\SuiteLink\FlowControl
